The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational climate on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, and the influence of organizational climate on organizational commitment through mediating job satisfaction. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a significant and significant effect on organizational commitment, and the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment through mediating job satisfaction. This research was conducted at PT. Toncity Bali Denpasar. The number of samples taken was 42 employees. Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires.
