Abstract

A 9-year-old girl presented with exertional dyspnoea without cyanosis. She had normal developmental milestones. Her mother had fever with rash during the first trimester of her pregnancy. The family of the girl reside in remote hilly areas of northern India which is out of coverage area of rubella
