Abstract

In this paper, reduced graphene oxide-cobalt ferrite (rGO-CoFe2O4) nanocomposites were successfully synthesized by using the hydrothermal method. The phase formation of CoFe2O4 nanoparticles was confirmed by using X-ray diffraction (XRD) study. The study of surface morphology of rGO-CoFe2O4 nanocomposites was performed by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) technique and EDAX image are used for elemental analysis. Magnetic property measurement and determination of various magnetic parameters of rGO-CoFe2O4 nanocomposites was carried out by physical property measurement system (PPMS). These results indicate that the rGO-CoFe2O4 used as a soft magnetic material by changing the temperature value.
