High-Performance, All-Inkjet-Printed Light-Emitting Diodes Based on Quantum Dots

Abstract

All-inkjet-printed green quantum dot light emitting diodes (QLEDs) are reported in this work. The devices exhibit a current efficiency of 37.0 cd/A at the luminance of 1000 cd/m 2 which is comparable to the spin-coated devices. This high efficiency results in part from a positive aging effect which means the efficiency of the QLEDs increased with time.
