Abstract

Abstract Es werden Einstufenverfahren zur Herstellung von Nucleosiden (III) bzw. (V) beschrieben unter Verwendung verschiedener Kondensationsmittel wie Trifluormethansulfonsäure, Perfluorbutylsulfonsäure, Zinntetrachlorid, Ammoniumchlorat, Natriumchlorat oder Natriumtetrafluoroborat, bei denen in einer Stufe aus (I) und (II) bzw. (IV) und (II) die Nucleoside erhalten werden.
