Abstract

Abstract The new compound [Sr 2 Sn(OH) 6 (H 2 O) 6 ]Se 4 (I) is synthesized by hydrothermal reaction of Sn, Se, Sr(OH) 2 , and LiOH·H 2 O in water (autoclave, 220 °C, 2 d; 40% yield).
