Abstract

Abstract An efficient H 2 production can be achieved by irradiating suspensions of platinized CdS in solutions of S2′ (as hole scavenger), but only CdS photocatalysts with very low ( 6.7 m2) or verylarge ( 100 mz/ g) specific surface areas produce H 2 with a significant rate.
