Abstract
Rubidium titanium monophosphate forms trigonal crystals, isostructural with its lithium, sodium and potassium analogues. The structure consists of a three-dimensional framework of corner-shared TiO 6 octahedra and PO 4 tetrahedra with the Rb atoms alternating along the 3 axis with Ti 2 P 3 O 18 units, composed of two TiO 6 octahedra linked through three PO 4 tetrahedra
