ChemInform Abstract: Effect of Cobalt on Fibrous Nickel Hydroxide Electrodes.

Abstract

Abstract It is found that the incorporation of at least 5 mol% cobalt hydroxide into fibrous nickel hydroxide electrodes changes the mechanical properties of the active material, i.e., the material becomes less brittle and less sensitive to the stress incurred during cycling.
