Abstract

Abstract Mittels pH‐metrischer, spektrophotometrischer und teilweise 1 H‐NMR‐spektroskopischer sowie calorimetrischer Messungen werden die Cu‐Komplexe der drei Dipeptide L‐Carnosin, L‐His‐Gly und Gly‐L‐His untersucht.
