ChemInform Abstract: Preparation of Strontium Titanate Thin Film on Titanium Metal Substrate by Hydrothermal‐Electrochemical Method.

Abstract

Abstract Polycrystalline SrTiO 3 thin films are deposited on Ti‐electrodes at 100‐200 °C under saturated vapor pressure using a 1‐5 N Sr(OH) 2 electrolyte and a current density of 5‐25 mA/cm 2 .
