Elaboração do balanced scorecard para alinhamento estratégico: Estudo de caso no DAP - IFC Campus Araquari

Abstract

The research aimed to align DAP's strategy with institutional strategy. In order to elaborate the Strategic Map and the BSC, questionnaires were applied, interviews and meetings were held with the managers and, finally, the improvement of the BSC approach, based on Petri (2005). The overall score of the BSC's improved approach has enabled us to visualize the current negative situation and its improvement after assigning the goals. The generated graphic representation allows the employees to have a better understanding of the performance of the DAP. The results corroborate previous studies on BSC in HEI, that it represents an important tool for communication and implementation of the strategy, and a self-assessment tool that HEIs can use to achieve the goal of performance management. However, no further collations were possible because similar studies on strategic alignment in HEI were not found in the literature review.
