Student Affairs and Services in Canadian Higher Education

Abstract

Student services provided in Canadian higher education are as distinctive as its institutions. Services for students attending higher education institutions are continuing to evolve to meet the changing expectations, needs, and issues faced by their students. This chapter will provide an overview of how Canadian higher education institutions use principles of good practice, policy, and programs to support students' learning, growth, and development.
