This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance of Haka Group in Jakarta. Quantitative research type, population of all employees of Haka Group companies in Jakarta, sampling technique use Non Probability Sampling with saturation sampling. The data were processed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 22. The results showed that the variable of transformational leadership style and organizational culture did not significantly influence the performance of Haka Group employees. Job satisfaction is the variable that has the greatest influence on employee performance of Haka Group companies. The company should pay more attention and improve matters related to employee welfare, promotion and team work in the company.
