Energy harvesting system is extremely dependent on the surrounding environment, such as temperature, humidity, amount of light, and scale of the wind. An uncertain possibility of enough power limits the stable operation of the system. Thus, appropriate power management should be conducted considering voltage regulator, power levels, and modes. In this paper, thus, operating power state management is proposed. It supplements the limitation of the target system, for instance, allowing long-term usage with switching power modes. As a result, the energy consumption reduced when the recurrent operation with high core frequency is chosen.
