Abstract

Molybdenum dichalcogenides have been reviewed from perspectives of bandgap, conductivity, and oxidation states of transition metal; which concluded that a narrow bandgap transition metal dichalcogenide with high conductivity could be aimed for high performance electrode of supercapacitor.
