Communicative approach allows for basing second languages teaching on situations and pragmatics studies. Keeping this topic in mind, a research is been carrying out where it is been analysed an email corpus among university professor and students in order to observe the ways they use to produce a request. Therefore, we have collected different signs from Spanish, Italians and French students in order to analyze what are the similarities and the differences among the speech acts from each group in Spanish as first and second language.
