Three-dimensional silver nanowiring by femtosecond laser-induced photoreduction from solution

Abstract

In this paper we report a 3D mental nano-wire with both high conductivity and smooth surface through twice microfabrication progress in which both the polymer substrate and the direct writing silver wire winding around it are made by femtosecond laser.
