Application of Wavelet Fuzzy Neural Network in Real Time Traffic Flow Forecasting

Abstract

AA132 the advantages and disadvantages of prediction model and fuzzy neural network model of wavelet in real-time traffic prediction. Since the training samples of fuzzy neural network extracted from wavelet analysis data can better reflect the micro change characteristics, the fuzzy neural network based on wavelet analysis can better deal with abrupt or unstable signals. This paper proposes a traffic flow forecasting model combining wavelet analysis and fuzzy neural network, and predicts each frequency components of traffic flow time series using this model, finally, the traffic data is used to verify the predictive efficiency and effectiveness of the model.
