Preparation of SiO2nanowire arrays as anode material with enhanced lithium storage performance

Abstract

SiO2nanowire arrays were synthesized using an AAO template-assisted sol–gel method. As a lithium negative electrode material, the sample exhibited excellent electrochemical properties.
