Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Takalar

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai  pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Takalar secara parsial serta variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Takalar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Takalar. Adapun sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu berupa data sekunder, yang bersumber data internal Kantor, jurnal-jurnal ilmiah dan buku-buku yang berkaitan dengan obyek penelitian dan data primer diperoleh secara langsung dari responden atau yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah seluruh pegawai yang berjumlah 37 responden. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan melakukan pengujian secara parsial (uji-t). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Takalar; 2) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Takalar; 3) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Takalar; dan 4) Variabel gaya kepemimpinan paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Takalar. Kata Kunci:      Gaya Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi, Kinerja Pegawai ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work discipline and motivation on the performance of employees at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Takalar District partially and the most dominant variable affect the performance of employees at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Takalar. This research was conducted at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Takalar Regency. The data source in this research is in the form of secondary data, which sourced internal data of Office, scientific journals and books related to research object and primary data obtained directly from respondent or who become sample in this research. The number of samples used is all employees who amounted to 37 respondents. Data analysis in this research use multiple linear regression analysis by doing partial test (t-test). The results showed that 1) leadership style had positive and significant effect on employee performance at Ministry of Religious Affairs of Takalar Regency; 2) Work discipline has a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Takalar Regency; 3) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office of Takalar Regency; and 4) The most dominant style leadership variables influence on the performance of employees at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Takalar District.
