Abstract

A self-healing and injectable supramolecular nucleoside hydrogel was successfully developed by simple mixing guanosine (G) and isoguanosine (isoG) in the presence of K+. The required concentration of K+ to form the co-gel was extremely low, and the co-gel displayed flower-like structures and some cross-links occurred between the two components.
