Path planning for mobile robot using a genetic algorithm

Abstract

An optimal path planning problem for the auto-mobile robots with four independent arms is considered in this paper. We propose a path planning procedure by using the genetic algorithms from the reference path given by the experienced operator. Computer simulation results show the validity of the proposed procedure.
