Abstract

Nano bio-MOF compounds 6–8 (cobalt argeninate, cobalt asparaginate, and cobalt glutaminate) have been evaluated for successful in vitro drugs adsorption of four drugs, terazosine, telmisartan, glimpiride and rosuvastatin. TGA and PXRD spectra of all these materials in pure form and after drugs adsorption have also been recorded to elaborate the phenomenon of in vitro drugs adsorption in these materials. The amounts of adsorbed drugs and their slow release from all these materials have been monitored by the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).
