Abstract

This paper will discuss about fixed point theorem with contractive mapping or Banach’s Fixed Point Theorem.  If the requirement of closeness in Banach Spaces is held then the contractive mapping to itself is guaranteed for existence and uniqueness of a fixed point. Fixed point of contractive mapping can be determined as a method of a successive substitution.
