Non-fragile passive filtering for networked systems with sensor failures

Abstract

This paper concerns the problem of non-fragile passive filtering for networked systems with sensor failures. The norm-bounded uncertain model is used to deal with the sensor failures. In addition, the uncertainty-dependent filter is considered, and a two-state Markov chain is applied to describe the randomly occurred conditions of filter. Based on stochastic analysis approach and linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) technique, sufficient conditions are established to guarantee the desired filter satisfying the passive performance. Finally, the availability of the proposed filter design approach in this paper is verified by a numerical example.
