We deal with a group of ten Roman bronze pieces preserved in a private collection which must be related to surgical practices. Coming from the territory occupied by the modern population of Osuna (Seville), it contains a pair of tweezers, two spoons and seven probes of diverse types, which increase the number of this type of instruments attested and published in this area, while they would also confirm the presence of doctors at this site.
