Process reengineering can be a great competitive advantage for companies, since if done properly, redesigning processes to obtain improvements, thus increasing performance and even reducing costs.\nIn this article we will study the methodology used for process reengineering, starting from the emergence of the process of reengineering to improve performance in organizations based on small changes in both production and organizational systems. It is necessary to emphasize the importance of the implication of all the parts of the organization in order to be able to fulfill the objectives defined by the same.
