Big data and intelligent agent based smart grid architecture

Abstract

Big Data and intelligent agent challenges involve various aspects of large-scale data utilization. Addressing these challenges require advanced methods and tools to capture, manage, and process the data. It's very meaningful to apply big data and intelligent agent technologies to smart grid. In this paper, we propose a reference architecture for big data systems in the smart grid application domain. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first work which takes Hadoop cluster load and intelligent agent into consideration.
