Flexible Force/Torque Sensor by using Optical Proximity Sensor

Abstract

変調位相情報に基づく光学式近接覚センサを利用して, 柔軟な力覚センサを構成した。今回は, 距離, 傾き, 回転角度の3つの情報を変調位相信号から取り出し, 6軸の力信号を求める方法を採用し, 柔軟な力覚を構成した。さらに, この力覚を応用したロボットの作業制御について述べる。
