Lithium Ion Battery Including BN Doped Graphene Electrodes

Abstract

We have found the structure of (C x -BN//(h-BN) n //C x -BN) can be to improve the capacity and electrical transport in C-B-N sheets-based LIBs. Therefore, the modification of BN-G sheet and design of (C x -BN//(h-BN) n //C x -BN) structures provide strategies for improving the performance of material based anodes in LIBs. (C x -BN//(h-BN) n //C x -BN) could also be assembled into free-standing electrodes without any binder or current collector, which will lead to increased specific energy density for the overall battery design.
