Abstract

Abstract Die getestete PEC‐Zelle besteht aus n‐CdSe als Photoanode und p‐lnP (Zn‐dotiert, 1 1 D‐Oberfläche) als Photokathode in einem wäßrigen Sulfid/Polysulfid‐Elektrolyten (2 M NazS + 1 M S + 1 M NaOH).
