Dielectric Resonators (DRs) have many applications as Microwave devices and Antenna. In many DRAs the simple geometry poses a significantly complex electromagnetic fields. There isn't analytical closed-form solution for most but hemispherical DRA. One usual method for the analysis of DRAs is finding propagation modes of its geometry and by knowing the location of feed approximate the mode or modes that propagate. Assuming that the boundaries are perfect magnetic conductors (PMC), tangential electric field components can be found on the walls and therefore far field pattern of antenna can be calculated [1]. To generate more accurate results we will combine PMC approximation with special green's function to analyze elliptical DR antennas.
