Smart Interaction Using Hand Gesture Recognition

Abstract

Gesture recognition is an area in computer science and language technology with the goal of interpreting human gestures via mathematical algorithms. In order to demonstrate the working of gesture recognition, this work has implemented the counting of fingers by wearing red cap on fingers and extracting the feature by extracting the color component. Further counting the extracted component will deliver the result about the number of fingers.
