Droplet size characteristics of bypass nozzles.

Abstract

Several laboratories measured the droplet size spectra of a bypass nozzle developed for a variable-rate pesticide application system. Despite variations in the data, it appeared that there was only a moderate change in droplet diameter as the discharge flowrate was modulated over a six-fold rang.
