Stability of semiconductor sensors based on nanosized SnO2 and Pd/SnO2

Abstract

Adsorption semiconductor hydrogen sensors were created from nanosized SnO2 and Pd/SnO2 materials by the sol-gel method. The sensors were shown to be stable over a long time of operation.
