Abstract

Systematic periodontal therapy with subsequent SPT met the patients' demand to preserve oral health. Regenerative procedures prompt the perception in patients of better remission of periodontitis symptoms. Further trials should investigate clinical results of periodontal therapy regarding patient expectations.
