Abstract

摘要: 从非晶丝的巨磁阻抗效应入手, 详细分析了非晶丝巨磁阻抗效应原理及其影响因素, 阐述了基于非晶丝巨磁阻抗效应的传感器工作原理, 并设计了传感器的信号调制电路. 该微型化、低功耗的磁传感器有望应用于空间磁场测量. 关键词: 非晶丝 / 磁巨磁阻抗效应 / 微型磁传感器
