Docência na educação superior: reflexões sobre a formação pedagógica

Abstract

Este estudo discute a docencia na educacao superior na perspectiva da formacao pedagogica do professor, a fim de compreender como a formacao pedagogica esta sendo construida e desenvolvida nas instituicoes de ensino superior. Definimos como referencial teorico, a abordagem reflexiva sobre a pratica , a qual concebe o professor como um intelectual, critico, reflexivo, transformador e pesquisador da pratica docente. A formacao pedagogica institucionalizada exige uma construcao politico-juridica, uma producao organizacional e uma construcao sociopedagogica com pressupostos bem definidos. A importância deste estudo reflexivo reside na contribuicao para a organizacao de projetos formativos no âmbito de Instituicoes de Educacao Superior do pais que reflitam as dimensoes dessa formacao como totalidade integrada. Teaching in higher education: reflections on educational training Abstract This study discusses the teaching in higher education from the perspective of pedagogical training of teachers in order to understand how teacher training is being built and developed in higher education institutions. Defined as a theoretical reference, the reflective approach to practice, which sees the teacher as an intellectual, critical, reflective, transforming and researcher of teaching practice. The institutionalized teacher training requires a political and legal construction, an organizational production and socio educational building with well-defined assumptions. The importance of this study lies in the reflective contribution to the organization of training projects within higher education institutions in the country that reflect the dimensions of such training as an integrated whole.
