Color Image Watermarking Algorithm Based on DWT and Support Vector Regression

Abstract

A color image watermarking algorithm based on discrete wavelet transform (DWT) and support vector regression (SVR) is proposed in this paper. The watermark information is embedded in the wavelet domain of luminance channel of YCbCr color space. In the process of training SVR, the algorithm use relationship between approximation coefficient and its neighborhood, at the same time, the relationship of approximation coefficient and three detail coefficients for the same position in the four sub bands is also used. Then, the watermark is embedded in the approximation coefficients of the single-level wavelet decomposition according to the relationships. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has good imperceptibility and robustness to common image processing.
