MODELO DE PLANIFICACIÓN COLABORATIVA ESTRATÉGICO DE CADENAS DE SUMINISTRO

Abstract

Time-Collaborative planning is an international practice that encourages the integration of firms into supply chains. The aim of this article is to develop a strategic collaborative planning model among actors in the supply chains to improve their competitiveness. We validate our proposal in two cases, a supply chain in Cuba and another one in Mexico. The main results focus on the content of Collaborative Strategic Planning Model for Supply Chains. The paper essentially has a methodological value given by the feasibility of its application to supply chains; its social value is expressed in contributing to the competitiveness of chains; its practical value comes as a result of improving the level of customer service.
