Semi-transparent anisotropically conducting polymer alloy film prepared on patterned electrode.

Abstract

絶縁性高分子フィルムをコートした電極上でピロールを電解重合することにより, 絶縁性高分子とポリピロールの複合導電性フィルムが得られる. この際にドット状に導通部を有する電極基板を用いて, 膜厚方向にのみ導電性を有する異方導電性フィルムの作製を試みた. 絶縁性高分子としてポリ塩化ビニルを, 電極として直径100μm (300μmピッチ) の導通部を有するITO電極を用いて, 膜厚方向の電導度: 1S/cm, 光透過率73%の半透明なパタン状フィルムが得られた. 複合フィルムの特性はフィルム膜厚, ポリピロールの複合量により大きく変化する. 更に, フィルム構造を調べて, 特性との関係を明らかにし, ポリピロールパターンの形成機構についても考察した.
