Synthesis of Aliphatic Polyester and Enzymatic Hydrolysis.

Abstract

コハク酸ジメチルと炭素鎖数2から10のジオール類から重縮合により数平均分子量が15000以上の高分子量脂肪族ポリエステルを合成した. またそれらの生分解性をリパーゼにより評価したところ, 比較的融解熱が高い結晶性のポリマーの酵素分解性は低く, 結晶性の悪いポリマーのそれは高いことがわかった.
