Abstract

熱化学水素製造法ISプロセスでは,腐食性の強い硫酸やヨウ化水素酸を高温高圧の環境で取り扱うため,耐食性に配慮したプロセス機器の開発が重要な課題となっている.本研究では,ISプロセスの硫酸分解工程におけるプロセス流体移送を担う硫酸移送ポンプを考案し,試作試験を行った.ポンプの型式としては,要求吐出し性能を考慮して往復動形プランジャー式を採用し,耐食性,耐熱性を確保するためのSiCセラミクス材と耐圧強度を確保する汎用金属を組み合わせた機能分離方構造とした.水素製造量30 m3/h規模の試験プラントでの使用を想定したポンプを試作し,設計要求を満足する耐圧強度および輸送性能を確認して,考案した構造の妥当性を確認した.
