Passive harmonic mode-locking of soliton fiber laser using monolayer graphene as a saturable absorber

Abstract

We present passive harmonic mode-locking of soliton fiber ring laser using monolayer graphene as a saturable absorber. The 11th harmonic of the fundamental repetition frequency is demonstrated with pulse duration of 0.87 ps.
