Natural Wind vs. Wind-anal Flow.

Abstract

As the similarity law of the turbulent flow, the author obtains phenomenologically two conditions as follows: (1) the equal eddy REYNOLDS number, (2) the equal inteinsity of turbulence, where K denotes the eddy kinematic viscosity.
