服务管理在医院外事管理中的应用探讨

Abstract

The author reviewed and analyzed the service management concepts and methods of General Hospital in the management of foreign affairs in order to further explore the methods of hospital foreign affairs management and found that service management idea had good effect on foreign affairs administration of General Hospital, further standardized the development, promoted the international exchanges of General Hospital. The service management idea, therefore, is worthy of further application in foreign affairs management in hospitals.
