Educación Superior y Competencias: monitoreo de un Programa Co-curricular basado en Competencias

Abstract

This essay describes the academic program known as “Professional Experience Modality”, a competency-based curriculum design, presenting the impact of this new curricular design on educational management indicators. In addition, a discussion and reflection on potential causes and implications of these results is provided as well as recommendations.
