Abstract
3GPP-WLAN interworking has become one of the research focuses on the Mobile Internet. After a brief introduction of a 3GPP-WLAN interworking system, the paper presents one of the basic service applications in 3GPP-WLAN interworking, SMS, with specifications on the architecture, functionality of entities, reference points and some information flows.
