Guaranteed cost control for uncertain switched singular systems

Abstract

Based on the guaranteed cost control theories and other related theories about switched systems, this paper studies the guaranteed cost control for a class of uncertain switched singular systems. First by using the common Lyapunov functions method, a sufficient condition on the existence of state feedback guaranteed cost controller is derived under arbitrary switching laws. Then given a guaranteed cost controller design method which is express in the form of linear matrix inequality (LMI). A numerical example demonstrates the validity of the proposed design approach.
